Kick FM Programming
Here at Kick FM, we have different programs happening. There is 90’s at 9 during the week where you will hear groups and artists that recorded music throughout the 1990’s. Every Saturday night for lost classics, deep album cuts as well those B-sides. We will have the Sunday morning blues from 6am to 8am as we keep rolling through on a Sunday where Kick FM takes you back in time from 1964 to 1977. Come on a 12 hour Psychedelic trip that will take you on a magic carpet ride of so many different rock genres . As we head into Sunday evening it's The Ongoing History of New Music with Alan Cross followed by the album feature as we look into the depth to be heard from front to back. During the week there is the awesome 80's lunch, with a special treat, where you the listener get to program the lunch as it's the 80's Awesome Lunch. Every Monday it's under the cover Monday's as bands and artists cover the original artist or group. At 3:50 in the afternoon Monday to Friday the Champ is on Kick Fm. Last but not forgotten is the Stairway to 7, as it's back to back Led Zeppelin songs from Monday to Friday. Every weekday morning from 9am to 9:55am is commercial free music followed by a news briefing. Weeknights has the overnight jukebox to take you into the Bob & Tom Show. Every Friday is the 420 song and there is the 5 o'clock work whistle to kick off your weekend. On Saturday Mornings is a little bit extra of the Bob & Tom Show.
